Mindfulness is being present and paying attention in each moment without judgement.  

It allows us to manage our thoughts, feelings and behaviours in a compassionate way and keeps our awareness in the here and now.  

The practice of mindfulness offers us the opportunity to optimise our wellbeing, while increasing our own self-awareness. This can give us the space and freedom to make informed and skilful responses to situations in our everyday lives.
